Limit Exploration at First

When you first bring your puppy home, don’t let them explore all around the house. Instead, set up one gated location for your pup to explore. Make sure it has food, water, and a bed or crate. If you use a crate, put blankets in it to create a cozy environment. Keeping your puppy in a secured area helps prevent accidents all over your home or chewing on shoes and other items.

One Person at a Time
